Gold Coast City Council is encouraging the creation of market conditions pertinent to growth in the ICT sector. This work has already driven dramatic growth over the past seven years.  The ICT industry is a significant force in Gold Coast City’s economy, with more than 400 established companies. 

They include predominantly small to medium enterprises, with a number of large national and international companies. ICT impacts significantly on the Gold Coast City’s current economic growth with strong potential for continued development.  Council is actively working with the local business community, residents and Government partners to continue the successes of the region.
